A new restaurant chain in Australia needed branding and collateral elements, including a name, illustrated logo, icons, and a mural for their locations. The restaurant, focused on sushi, was named "Roll'em Up" to convey a fun and relaxed dining experience. The logo typography was inspired by traditional Japanese calligraphy, and the wall mural featured iconic Japanese imagery like Mt. Fuji and cherry blossoms. Playful food character illustrations, inspired by Japanese cartoons, were also created to enhance the inviting atmosphere.
